A Foundation That Matters
AT Sitework is owned by Adam Johnson, who is dedicated to providing reliable site preparation and grading services across Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport, and the surrounding communities of Northeast Tennessee. Though the company was officially founded in 2025, the experience spans decades of hands-on work across a wide range of terrain types and project demands.
Adam began his career in 1990 while serving in the U.S. Air Force, gaining valuable experience in excavation, grading, and infrastructure preparation under demanding conditions. After his service, he spent years managing commercial, residential, and heavy highway projects. In 2020, Adam and his wife of almost 30 years relocated to Northeast Tennessee. Drawing on his background, Adam established AT Sitework – a company built on integrity, expertise, and commitment to the communities we serve.
